The hotel is very near the Colosseum and also close to the Metro station. The room service was prompt and efficient .
The lift was small , so it occasionally took time to use.

The staff greeted us with warmth. They helped us find amazing destinations! we got an upgrade to a superior suite and checked in early, at 11:30 a.m., though check-in time was 2:00 p.m. the cleanliness impressed me, and the shower was huge. i will certainly return!

the staff were really helpful. i was happy my room was ready early. the location let me walk to many places.
the shower water smells a bit like chlorine. maybe its the city, not the hotel. it stays with you after you shower.

I found the staff helpful. They provided assistance with reservations and offered suggestions for local dining. The hotel's location is quite convenient. It allows for easy access to key attractions. I appreciated the cleanliness of the updated hotel as well.
Natural light in the room was limited due to the view of adjacent buildings.
