The hotel is very near the Colosseum and also close to the Metro station. The room service was prompt and efficient .

The staff greeted us with warmth. They helped us find amazing destinations! we got an upgrade to a superior suite and checked in early, at 11:30 a.m., though check-in time was 2:00 p.m. the cleanliness impressed me, and the shower was huge. i will certainly return!

i found the staff helpful with directions. the air conditioning was effective. the location allowed easy access to many key historical sites. the proximity to the metro made traveling simple.
The shower had a slight chlorine smell. I found this only a minor issue though.
